E-Verify is Back up and Running

With the end of the partial government shutdown, many federal programs and services are back online and ready for use.

If you are using E-Verify, there are some special circumstances that need to be noted to remain in compliance coming out of the shutdown. First, all employees that were hired during the shutdown need to be entered and processed. You will have until February 11th 2019 to get all employees entered. The same goes for any tentative non-confirmations you had during the shutdown as well.

Expect delays as there will likely be a surge of new E-Verify cases entered on top of the normal entries.
