Who Is Advanced Reporting?
Our Story
Advanced Reporting, including our Insight Reporting tenant screening brand, was originally founded in 1994 as Maps Mortgage Credit Reporting, a wholly owned subsidiary of Maps Credit Union. The company has evolved and changed over the years to become the comprehensive screening services provider it is today. In 1998, under the leadership of Mark Zook, who is now the Maps CU CEO, the company rebranded as Advanced Reporting and expanded its offerings beyond mortgage credit reporting to include tenant and employment screening. This change coincided with an expanding internet, which in turn brought greater connectivity and technology to the screening and credit reporting industry.
In 2005, the company welcomed current CEO Elaine Rosenberg to its team. At that time, the company still relied on a mortgage reporting framework which was replaced in 2006 with an industry leading platform partnership which allowed a dramatic expansion in background screening services. In 2008, Advanced Reporting made a strategic decision to shift its focus away from mortgage credit reporting to concentrate on its employment and tenant screening offerings.
Advanced Reporting has grown steadily by acquiring new clients and through the acquisition of two Consumer Reporting Agencies. In 2019 the Insight Reporting brand was introduced to differentiate the unique tenant screening products being offered. The company boasts clients in 77 different countries, offering solutions for businesses regardless of size, location or reach.

Hi! I moved to Advanced Reporting in 2005 after joining Maps Credit Union in 2002. I’m passionate about delivering value for all our clients so that they thrive today and into the future. I am an active member of the Professional Background Screening Association and serve on the US Council Educational Resources Committee because I believe education is the key to any quality screening program. I am a graduate of Yale University and South Salem HS and when I’m not immersed in all things background screening I enjoy time with my husband, pup and two horses in beautiful Oregon.

Hello! I’m Nicholas, the Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager. I love navigating the ever-changing legal and regulatory landscape and educating others about our industry. Outside of work, I cherish moments with my family, dive into strategy games, and indulge in my passion for baseball.
Hallee Gilbertson Client Success Manger

Hello! I’m Hallee and I am the Client Success Manager for Advanced and Insight Reporting. Working with clients to find solutions that will improve the background screening process for both the client and their candidates is what makes coming to work so fun for me. When I am not working, I can be found reading, spending time at the coast with family, and hanging out with my – not so puppy anymore – dog Solomon.

Hello, and welcome! My name is Cammie, and I am a native to Oregon. My career began in Property Management, but I found my true calling in the Credit Reporting industry and I was hooked. I love tackling both the challenges and successes in this field, onboarding new clients, and crafting innovative solutions along with providing education for both Employment and Tenant Screening. On a personal note, I am married to my best friend, and we have a fantastic son. Our family also includes two lovable Labradors and two mischievous tabby cats. I can’t imagine life without my fur-babies, and I look forward to ending the day and cuddling and playing with them. When I’m not working, you might find me camping, gardening, or enjoying a good wine tasting with friends – but nothing says “relaxation” like dirt under your nails and a glass of Pinot in your hand. Life is a beautiful adventure, and I’m grateful to share mine with such wonderful family and friends. Thanks for taking the time to get to know me.
