At-The-time Notice To Consumers

With business and personal communication shifting dramatically toward digital channels we undertook a review of our communications with your candidates regarding the background check process, searching for opportunities to increase awareness, transparency and trust. We are proud to announce that we will begin sending “At-the-time” notices to consumers on July 1, 2020. No action is required on your part and this will not impact the cost or turnaround time of your reports.
The purpose of the notification is to inform consumers when public record information is reported in a consumer report and who the recipient of that information is. The notice includes our contact information should candidates have any questions about the information being reported or their background check in general.
