This program is built for HR professionals, hiring managers, and anyone who touches background screening. It helps you stay compliant, avoid common mistakes, and gives your team extra confidence in the process.
The course is simple and flexible. It includes four short modules and a quick exam, all online. You’ll have 60 days to complete it, and once you pass, your certificate is good for two years.
There is a fee to enroll, with discounted pricing available for PBSA members. It’s a small investment of time and cost with a big payoff in peace of mind and professional credibility.
