Advanced Reporting is proud to be an active member of the Professional Background Screening Association, PBSA, whose mission is to Advance Excellence in the Screening Profession. For the fourth year in a row, PBSA is conducting an industry survey of human resources professionals regarding their use of employment background screening services.
We are asking our clients to take a couple of minutes to complete this short survey. Your survey responses will be confidential and will be used to help the industry continue to grow and serve the needs of you, our customers.
Last year 2,301 human resources professionals told us that protecting employers and customers was the top reason they conducted background checks. The 2019 survey also gave us a lot of additional helpful information including things like the value our clients place on international screening capabilities and the timing of when background checks take place in the hiring process. The survey should be completed no later than March 15, 2020.
