Today, Tuesday February 26, 2019 the Oregon House approved the Rent Control Bill, SB 608. The bill will now move on to the Governor, who has indicated that she will sign the bill into law.
Once this bill is signed, it will take effect immediately. It will not be enforced on new developments built within the past 15 years.
