It’s our pleasure to let you know that as of August 1, 2014, we successfully completed the acquisition of Parkin Security Consultants by Advanced Reporting, LLC. Driven by the retirement of Parkin Security founder and owner, Tom Parkin, this acquisition merges two likeminded West Coast Consumer Reporting Agencies that share a commitment to customer service and providing comprehensive and compliant background screening solutions.
Advanced Reporting, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Maps Credit Union based out of Salem, OR, has more than 20 years’ experience providing employment, volunteer, tenant, student and business to business background screening. Parkin Security, based in Los Gatos, CA, has been providing an extensive suite of employment background screening services since 1984 and specializes in screening for the high tech contingent (contractor) workforce in Silicon Valley, throughout the US and internationally. We will continue to operate Parkin Security as an independent brand while leveraging our merged resources to benefit all our clients.
From Parkin Security, we’re extremely excited to announce that Steve Ziemkowski and Travis Day have joined CEO Elaine Rosenberg on the Advanced Reporting, LLC, leadership team as Director of Operations and Director of Business Development & Strategy respectively. They both bring a wealth of experience in the background screening industry.
