We are excited to announce that on March 15th we implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all Advanced Reporting users. You are probably familiar with MFA if you access any of your personal financial information online.
MFA increases the security of user logins beyond just a password. With MFA, an authentication code will be sent that you will be prompted to enter with your username and password when logging in. Only after this second authentication factor has been satisfied can a user sign in. You will be able to register your regular device(s) and will only be required to re-authenticate them every 30 days. Anyone trying to access your Advanced Reporting account without permission will be prevented from doing so because they will not be able to provide the authentication code.
